Anyway, the car starts after 2 times cranking on IK27 with (out of the box) 0.6mm gap.

AFR after 4-5min is 12.5-12.7 so i guess too rich..?

When i give some trottle it goes to 13.0 and back to 12.5

This has nothing to do with the gap i suppose.. also i give trottle to 4000rpm i feel a few "hick-ups"... Engine not warm enough to perform OK? Gap to small/big?

Cheers

Here is the video what i mean.

I hold my foot at exact the same rpm first (ą3000rpm)
The needle fluctuate between 3000 and 5000 even tough i don't push more or less.

Is it because of a bad spark/gap?

Reason for having a tighter gap acording to Oppliger Romain:

Difference between race-engine (like mine) and a road-engine, is the power and pressure created in the combustion chamber.
It make higher compression/préssure cylinder
The spark needs to be stronger inside then a lower compression engine (stock YB or lower).

Anyway, 0.5mm now and pushing strong to 1.9bar.
I'm going to test tomorrow up to 2.2bar, see if 0.5 is still good enough.

If you are happy with what he says that is all that counts.
I run a bigger gap than that in Rods but then his coil system was spec' correctly to start with for what we where using it for.

4 large Coils backed up with a CDI unit which is run at 16v from an Accuvolt system. Have run 2.9 bar with no probs & will be around 3.5bar on new engine.

Don't have a recent pic.
