noisy powersteering pump

as subject...what could this be....the oil isnt that old.....(half a year)...

it makes the noise like you lock the steering wheel but it isnt..

anyone..

It sounds fooked to me unless the belt is way too tight

Mine does the same. Been like it since I got the car I've always just put it down to being knackard and needing replacing.

Does it do it all the time or only on full lock each way?! Cos to a degree they wine abit on full lock!!!

thought all power steering whines a bit on full lock left or right
even my new wagon in last job used to do it

doubt you have a problem there

when the oil is hot....it does like its full locked.....but it isnt...

its not leaking either.....
