The drag boys use it because of its incredible grip & strength.

hi rod
the jag diffs are good ,but this was done as a bolt in conversion ,were as the jag is a lot of work to get it in the beam then £800 £1000 for custom shafts ,and if it was £1700 16 years ago would would that work out to now lol
I haven't seen many drag cars with them in as they are a independent axle .were as a live axle is best for drag racing mounted on 4 bar or ladder bar setup

You could also take the route rod has with the jag set up but I've no idea how easy it is to source the part and how much it works out
Put a power locker in monaro recently Andy the diff was £300 new seals bearings ect £140 drive flange adapters £80 stronger shafts £400 and about £200 to mod the diff mounts and £100 to modify the prop .The beam is very like the cossie so costs should be the same

They are the route to take with out a doubt mate as rod has proved over and over. He has chucked over 600lb ft as his. I got my supra one cheep paid 150 for it and the bearings are fine. ive got the fitting kit And I'll get a cover nearer the time I send my beam off once my new engine is in. It dose work out fairly expensive but it should last

But it won't need the big black bracket, how much does that save off the rear cover when you buy a complete kit?
