There are lots of different ratios for the 7.5" diff, but the cossie only had 3.64:1. The ratio is normally written on the tag on the diff casing. If that has been removed you can always open the casing and it should be written on the crown wheel in white.

Depends on what's the ratio of your 5th gear. Mine is 0.83 and I'm using a 3.36 diff. But if you're using a diesel box 5th gear can be 0.76 and in that case I'd use the 3.64 diff.

Not sure if its an ordinary 5th gear or the scorpio 2.3d 5th gear will find out when I drive it if revs are high in 5th
