I have changed my thermostat from 2wd to 4wd. I have changed the lower hose to 4wd, but as I understand the lower header tank hose is different.
Where the hell does it lead to??? In other words where does the 4wd lower header tank hose go to???
Does SAMCO make a hose for this?

I think you might be talking about the turbo water return pipe.
Thin at one end fat a the other? you can use the same 2wd hose if you have a 2wd header tank.
cheers

I think he means hose from elbow on housing that I think connects to the steel pipe under rad, but do not know which one it is on picture, as lower header tank goes to steel pipe and other end of steel pipe connects to lower rad hose, but 4x4 lower rad hose has no connection for this so this must connect to the rearward facing elbow on housing, you just need to know which hose it is, you should be able to get a ford one in rubber though
