Depends on who does it.

I the guys skilled he'd use hand tools (or on the other hand it could be a bodgit and scarper).

Or, one of these.

If you do buy one , be careful and take your time otherwise you'll end up having to paint the wings.

Heat the area your rolling with a heat gun VERY gently, just enough to make it supple. Don't blister the fecker. If the area is stone cold, the chances are it'll crack the paint.

When you get the hang of it, you could make your money back 10x over

It all depends on the arches, fronts are normally easy due to the shape.

Rears Can be a pain depending on the shape.

I'd say Ł50-Ł80 a side depending on the car.

I was thinking along the lines of doing a few others once i have mastered it of course and just wondered what the going rate was. Are saff ones easy enough to do then? they don't look like they will be too difficult.
Also for anyone with a saff that has had the arches rolled - have you binned the plastic arch liners or secured them some other way???

Personally I'd of trimmed the plastic arch and secured it after rolling the arch, but I'm fussy.

Saph won't be that difficult

Bearing in mind that any profit you could have made would be crippled if you crack the paint.

Could also be a bit dodgy if the arch disintegrates or half a tub of P38 falls on the floor

As said mate you'd make ur money back in no time but the advice about heating the paint first is right or it'll just crack the paint

Most places charge about Ł30 an arch not Ł50-80 but if u do it for enuff ppl wont take long to pay it off just make sure ppl are aware and maybe sign something saying the paint could crack then their fooked if it does

i've used it a few times. tiny amount at a time and loads of passes. fold it over first then up rather than all in one go. as mentioned above heat it up to stretch the paint. if theres no filler and not shite french oe paint (pugs and citroens) it'll normally be fine

i done mine in work and tbh it was fooking easy, use a paint gun to head the paint so it stretchs and then the other problem ya then face is the shit in the inner arch not comming off

but lets be honest, if i could do it then ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
