just been watching celebrity fat fucks and its got me thinking , i know im overweight but goin off the show i think im clinically obese i NEEEEEED to know, so any healthy barswterards know here theres a place with the info?????

My ideal weight is 160-211lbs. I'd be a fookin beanpole

I'm 257lb now which isn't as bad as 8 weeks ago when I was 308lbs

Long way to go yet tho

im not too bad at the moment

im 5'5 , 61kgs ..ideal weight is 62kgs and my bmi is 22.4

i have lost 2 stone though in the last 9 months and i exercise regular now ,and feel loads better for it

Been going to the gym since xmas 3 times a week and lost 5 kgs (was 125kgs) but as i'm concentrating on heavy weights the weight has stopped coming off ......... feel better for it tho
