There is no need to buy a 500 block as the 200/4x4 one is better

I do not want to get on a band wagon of slating your knowledge but you are doing yourself no favours here, the 202 block is just a late 2 litre pinto block for a 1992 transit van.
All cosworth blocks have the same physical dimensions as any 2 litre pinto - you could take a 2 litre pinto block from any mid 80s on, Ford vehicle and install all cosworth internals and strap on all the RS500 bolt ons and it would run ok at normal operating conditions.
Owning a mint RS500 and knowing in first hand detail the construction of them are two different things.
I only ever get involved in discussions when I know first hand the information I am providing is accurate.

RS500 ownership is not a secret society, the info is readily available you do not hold the rights to it - why get stroppy just because you do not know everything about them and someone proves you wrong on a few points
Listen and Learn, then quote facts not hearsay

Thinking of building one!
RS-500 inlet manifold/plenium assembly with 8 x green injectors fitted,
70mm throtle body, TPS, ISCV, dual fuel rails, regulator etc.......Good for 550/560 BHP on the correct spec engine
