But where has he made his money from? He obviously has a fair bit of it.
I really like Guy Martin. Most of his programmes are very watchable and the bloke has got a down to earth way about him. He is also one hell of a bike racer. On a properly running bike I reckon he would have smashed his time. His video of him firing up his own Spitfire engine is worth a watch.
What parts did u do on it mark?? As it looked awesome.
I built the full bike it was turbo when I had it ,guy repainted lowered the compression far too low then got race fit too remake the headers in ti and he fitted a different turbo , bt I did frame ,arm tank ,subframe ,yokes ,bars ,subframe ,rear sets ,inlet ,all fab work except headers on it now ,plus I did all machining

He was still a lorry mechanic not so long ago!
This was 4 years ago but still interesting to see his frame of mind.

He will make a fair bit as a racer aside from the tt he is a very successful road racer. Dare say he gets a fair bit from tv as well
Interesting reading that article seeing that he didn't plan to sell the Aston but he later sold it losing a huge amount of money on it and replaced it with his Volvo Amazon.
