Default need some advise with bodywork

Hey guys

I need some of your help.

I have got some scratches and marks on my car bodywork which is not that bad.

Here is the picture where you can see it:

As for this picture, I used the t-cut to polish over the scratches, but suddenly I realized there was paint patch was going to come off the bodywork which it would have damage it if I were continue to polish over. I was very lucky that I have stop using it straight away when I first saw the paint patch that I realised, I don't want to risk to ruined my lovely car that I bought which it has got everything in my needs, especially cheap insurance, good MPG, got power steering...etc.

Do you know what I would need to do and how I can put over of those grey paint patches?

And also do you know what I also need to do with that grey stuff that you can see on those pictures?

I have tried to wash them off using with crystal clean and wax wash, but it won't come off.

Do you know what I would need to do to remove them?

I'm not sure about the scratches, but the last 4 pictures looks like the dreaded suncream to me which can be a bit of a nightmare to remove. I've googled it before but found no definitive answer. Some people had success with certain cleaning products, others had to use a cutting compound.

Defo looks like suncream marks in the later pics, you'l probably need to machine polish it to get rid of it.
