Evening all how's it going just a quick question.

I have just bought a MG ZT-T for a very reasonable price considering it's had gaskets and belts done so was happy with it. Just one problem though it's got the EML on and instead of going to garage I was thin king of just getting a reader. So thoughts on this one wether anyone has used it has any other ones at a decent price.

Any of the code readers will do for you. That will be fine.

 

It will do if you just want to clear the codes (which will probably return).
It usually is not enough when you want to repair the problem that causes the MIL to go on. For that you will need at least to be able to read live data (sensor values etc.).

 

Well I think it has gone on due to a misfire I checked the leads and one was cracked so think it was that so ordered some leads and the code reader anyway.
