merc sprinter recon engine..

Any ideas of a ballpark figure for a recon engine in a 2010 long wheelbase Mercedes sprinter as a supply and fit?

apparently one of the timing chains jumped a tooth? its turning over but making a grinding noise. I see an exchange engine on ebay is £2G.
