any idea what you call these type of rivets,im trying to find some but have had no luck

no i dont think so. they arent threaded or anything,theyre just like a toggle bolt but a rivet version [obviously ive drilled the heads off in the pic]

We had a load on them at work are parts man got them in buy mistake. There rubbish conpaired to normal rivets they don't seem to clamp down as hard plus don't fit in small gaps due to the way they split out
