rmdc i tried for couple days. i even added about 7 films to share but found the downloads slow, im inly on 512 so only see 50 odd kbs

edonkey is actually rather good for a p2p

however you need to upload at a good speed for your downloads to be quick

if you tell it you cant upload very fast your downloads will be slow.

also the availability of files is indicated by number the higher the better, only download files highlighted in black

if they are blue or red leave them they are not readily available or incomplete.

set your upload speed to 20kbps and your download as high as you like

that shoudl sort it.

usenet is much better tho, but you have to pay for that
