Default Ever seen this problem before?

Zetec belt vibration:

Didn't seem to have this problem until fitting stiffer valve springs. Then again, couldn't really hear anything over the previous noise!
Seems to happen at the same rpm every time and as you can see the tension comes right off the belt!

Anyone seen this before? Already changed the tensioner and made no difference..

Oh and had lovely brown oil flicking out the turbo now too, thing is my oil is clean.. haven't got a restrictor fitted on oil feed, could this be the cause?

Sorry that the engine is so noisy, had the lambda out of the downpipe because that also wants to Fuck me around and is stuck at a constant 5v ref to megasquirt!

TURBO Is fkkd!

Can anyone help with the belt issue??? It is fine when it is cold, but as the engine gets to operating temp the tension goes way off and the belt rattles. Anyone have any idea?!

Did you fit the belt exactly as described in autodata or haynes etc, crank locked, cams locked, cam pulleys slackened and then set belt tension, then torque cam pulley bolts while holding pulleys with specific tool?
