How to get a car moved that is on your land?
Out the back of our house there are some allocated bays for parking, some houses have some, some don't. As we are on the end, we own 2 spaces, but one isn't marked out as a space, and we only use it when we have visitors, as we can move Lucy's car right next to the fence, and they can park in our actual bay.
I have checked our deeds and the red line which shows our property, clearly shows we own both.
Some neighbours (few houses down), parked a car right next to the fence whilst we were at work one day. Went round there, and asked them to move it, as we do use the space etc. I'd already spoken to them about it as it was parked in front of a neighbours garage, but that blocked access to our garden gate, and I wanted to take my push bike out, and cut the grass etc so had to get the mower out too. When my gf went and asked them to move it as we use the space etc, the guy got very rude with her, accused her of being rude, these people are just totally ignorant. He said it would be there 3 days, it was for his grandson's 18th, that was 4 weeks ago, and it is still there!!!
Today my friend went round, showed them his business card, explained that he is doing some garden work for us, spraying the fences, putting decking down (decking was going to go where their car is), and they said he was rude, and also accused him, saying if they were not black he wouldn't "be talking to us like that". He was perfectly polite about it and couldn't have handled it better. Clearly it has nothing to do with race, they've just parked a car on our property, and we want/need it gone!
Clearly they're not going to move it, so I phoned the non-emergency police line, and they've basically said it is a civil matter and there isn't anything they can do, and to phone the CAB

write a letter and post it recorded delivery stating its on your land and give them a specific date to relocate it by or force may be used to move it as requests to move it by verbal methods thus far have failed, or if you have a mate thats black or asian ask them to do it so its throws race card out of the window

Cant believe you've left it 4 weeks!! Their clearly taking the piss, Put up signs by your parking bays saying "unauthorised vehicles will be dragged away" take some pics of his car infront of your new signs to back you up if needed afterwards, Then go about moving it yourself.

call the scrap man and say you've got a car you want getting rid of 
this is probably illegal so it's not something that i'd condone doing, especially as the owner has been so nice and friendly with you, as long as it's not damaged when it's taken away it's not going to involve the police, but you could say something to get the police out, or pay a druggie to make it his urinal, lots of things to make it not worth his while
but the most important thing is not to let him know you've moved it, then go round and say "thanks for moving your car "

if they have been bell ends as you have stated,
id take the legal route as per 14 days notice, take pictures of date via paper on windscreen etc, but block it in so they cannot move it
then have it removed yourself just to repay the cunts for being so polite

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
My parents had an old sierra dumped outside their house. My dad asked the owner to kindly move it, but all he got was a load of verbal. So I ask a friend of mine who happens to be a traffic cop to get me a police aware sticker. I stuck the sticker on the window of the sierra one night, and by 9am the car had gone, result!

go to the other end of the spectrum and block it in,put a ram raid post in,sure they will get pissed off when they carnt use the car,worked for me
