from what i was told yesterday:

there were 500 ordered in total (which is not a lot if they were expecting 20,000 people there? )

only 200 turned up (which begs the question "where are the other 300?" especially if they have been paid for? )

there was only supposed to be "ONE" official point for them to be collected from (there were 2 )

the "official" collection point said they'd run out at 8.30

the fast ford stand said they also had some for sale, unfortunately these sold out at 8.45

so what's the deal? and who does the buck stop with for this (because there's no other word for it) shambles?

it's going to be easy to blame dan (because he gets the blame for everything ) but even last year when i bought the remaining last plaque at around 10 it was worrying to have them run out so early in the morning

i don't want this to turn into a but i can see how it will easily turn into that

A Plaque can be made just for you. Give me full details & I will get a copy made asap at my expense. To lose out on a Plaque for For Fair 2014 is a shock from which few will ever recover.

Its like Just Jane went on tour to Silverstone!!! Maybe a god send that i never wasted time going to Ford Fair 2014, if it was full of alot of crying sods!!!

 

although i would take you up on your offer rod, surely i'm not the only one thinking the same thing, plenty of fb posts about it i've seen, even know the person who bought the last plaques (and isn't selling them ) so i'm asking where the other 300 have gone

unless they turned up at the fast ford stand, which would be convenient, but it just goes to show that something needs to be done

 

the plaque issue is not just mine
non fords on display is something the organisers said wouldn't happen
the same same cars weren't an issue for me personally as i think everyone who had a focus rs bought it yesterday and it was a nice mix
