Rs turbo caggle engine noise when warm?

Rs turbo caggle engine noise when warm?
Start my rs turbo up from cold & its sweet, no tapps etc
Once it gets hot i get a ticking from a few tappets & a caggle/growl noise from engine??
Sounds abit like bottom end/cam but has new bearings fitted & only does it from 3k to 4k rpm
Thinking the oils getting thin when warm & is causeing tappets/can to be noisy??
Has 10/40 semi syn oil in at present
80k car with chip, bar of boost & exhaust fitted
