Ebay Q re feedback

Is it right that if you leave negative feedback "after" winning a non-paying bidder thing, that the other party then can not/isn't able to leave you negative feedback?

yep they can do

ebay need to sort it out as i got 2 non paying winners but if i leave them crap feedback!! they will more then likey do the same to me

no your not safe mate, i did exactly the same thing a few weeks back and the tvat left me negative as well
