Default ongoing smoke issue

hi ive had a serious smoke issue with my Mondeo tdci 2.0 ive had countless diagnostics done on it and they have come up with injectors needed changing
and so far ive changed 6 then they came up with the sensors so i changed 3
sensors and still it smokes badly on start up from cold after 5 minutes it all goes clear, when i accelerate it dosnt miss a beat but when i try to cruise at any speed it starts to miss fire and blue smoke appears, and there are no hose leaks
as ive checked that first.

Did you fit new injectors? If not, they could still be to blame as a lot of reconditioned ones aren't what they claim to be. Are they also 100% correctly coded? Could also be the Inlet Metering Valve on the back of the fuel pump, or an issue with the Fuel Pressure Regulator in the fuel rail... Or if all those parts are fine, then it could be a bent rod - Has the car ever gone through deep water?

I had a 2.0TDCi and with brand new injectors, new pump, new IMV, new FPR, new turbo, EGR removed, everything cleaned and silicone boost hoses it still chucked out smoke on start-up!

Either live with it, or move the car on - Believe me, you'll risk spending more than the car's worth trying to fix it, and you may never get to the actual cause.

Thanks for your comments, yes there all recon injectors, the fact of it is theses garages
only come up with the same conclusion, injectors !! and i dont think that is the problem not after 6 of them, like you say i think i will have to live with it, ive paid far to much money on it now, £ 1,400 just on the engine.
