Following an earlier thread I bit the bullet and got my mrs a plate. Who's good to do some legal posh plates, found a few on line and they seem to be about £35 for a pair, sure I only paid £25 when I had mine done a while ago.

I got mine on eBay. Very cheap, great quality and legal.

Flash plates on eBay have always done mine and they have a very good turn around and are also one of the cheapest I've found, email them for and special requests and there fairly good at sorting it out

Your local motor factor should do plates on the premises for about £10 each.

I think my last ones came from Ebay from partbuyer of something like that. Had the GB logo and was £10 the pair inc delivery. Received them the next day.

Used them loads of times, spot on. No addresses or postcodes at the bottom either, seeing those on plates really pisses me off. Legal or not, it's irritating.

Chris Latham used to do them but I believe he's done a bunk with a lot of people's parts and money.
I want a set of original dealer plates,anybody know who makes these nowadays?

Don't dismiss halfords! They etch their name and BSAU number very lightly into the surface of the plate so you can't really see it.
