Default Engine Bay cleaning!

Right,

I have decided mine looks a state so I am gonna invest in a Powder Coated rocker cover when I can find one but after scrubbing for about 3 hours with various cleaning products...(including Clit Bang) most of it doesnt look much different

How does everybody get their bays so clean without going chrome?

Or...

De-greaser and steam clean

Just lots of elbow grease mate, most people now have a new rocker cover or powercoated one, but it will eventually come out good, some chemicals will kill engine parts though so be careful
