Default Dyno papers on a 2.0 Zetec with T34?

Hello!

Here in Norway I become discouraged to use a T34 on my Zetec Turbo project. I have read alot about Zetec Turbo in FastFord, and seems to me that you guys are mostly using this turbocharger on the Zetec Turbo Conversion.

Do anyone have the opportunity to upload dyno papers on a Zetec Turbo with T34?

Would also be happy to hear experiences on turbo choice!

Regards Jo-Alexander

Why have you been discouraged and what T34 exactly, .48 .55 .63?

By modern engine standards it is laggy, mainly as it is a large turbo. It's still a great turbo though. All depends on your power goal.

Yes, that`s right! I`m all open for other suggestions! Here is my spec:

Wřssner pistons
PEC rods
MLS head gasket
Uprated valvesprings
Rover inlet
Adjustable cam pulleys
ARP studs
"Ramhorn" exhaust manifold
38mm External wastegate
MS2 EFI

I`m not smiling before i see 300hp in engine!

I'd go for a Evo 9 turbo , same sort of power as the .63 t34 but much more responsive and it's twin scroll.

Clutch and gearbox, clutch is a 6 paddle with standard pressure plate, gearbox was standard escort rs turbo. We mapped it to higher boost but the clutch was slipping a bit un 5th. Its fast enough at 14.5psi
