New Focus, no GPS signal ?

Wife has a new 3 mth old Focus titanium and the sat nav display is coming up with a no GPS symbol, yet the nav seems to be working still which is odd?
Been like that for a few weeks now, so I assume its an error somewhere ?
Anyone else come across this on these cars ?

Its under warranty get ford to fix it. Modern cars are a pain in the ass. Too many things to go wrong on them these days.

It will be the GPS aerial. Did a brand new fiesta the other day. Only had 600 miles on the clock.

I got a similar kinda problem in my previous devices and changed to Gofleet GPS Vehicle Tracking system. This is a technical problem that I didn't get at that time.
