Failing coil packs do not generally bring up the EML light. Also, a flashing EML light normally indicates a more serious fault. The codes should've been read and it should've been establish what kind of misfire the engine is reporting. Do you have any idea what the codes were? It isn't overheating is it?

No sorry i do not have the code, but it was mentioned that the cylinder four has misfire,

this morning i went out and after approximately 1 mile the engine light flashed 3 times then went off, it seemed as if i have lost some power while driving.

while am still investigation if i continue to drive will it do any further damage?

i am looking to change the spark plugs, fuel filter and the ignition leads may this will help???

That's certainly a logical starting point but you may be throwing money at it unnecessarily. You can swap leads 4 and 3 and then swap spark plugs 4 and 3 to see if the misfire changes to cylinder 3. That should narrow it down. Did you replace the coil pack with a new item? I wouldn't drive it too much until you figure out what is causing it.

You are always better to change plugs, leads and coil pack at the same time, it as been known for a new coil pack to be damaged by not changing all 3 together.
