Default mk4 Golf TDi tuning sites or PF help?

evening PVW lads

ive just bought a very very cheap 2001 Golf Tdi Auto (ALH 8v external pump) with low compression after the belt let go,

new belt on, timed to perfection for my mate but it runs shite
240/250psi accross the board so its fucked (should be 500psi ish!)

Anyway............

while ii have the head off:

i seem to get the gist that the PD heads bolt onto these blocks

and the PD150 manifolds and turbo bolt right on there aswell??

it is a late VNT turbo powered one and i belive the Autos have an 11mm pump (whatever that means)

so,

do PD bits bolt on to the old ALH motor?
anyone got any build threads i could wank over?
anyone done this themselves? (PD conversion not wanking)

no point spending £300 on fixing the ALH head and bits to repair it if the PD stuff bolts up, and i can re-sell the origional ALH crap is there!

any advice appreciated

Cheers, Sean.
