Default New calipers, discs and pads = brakes binding?

So I fitted brand new cosworth rear calipers, discs and pads to my 100e, bled them up so there is definitely no air in the system, the brake pedal isn't keeping the master cylinder pressed in when released. The handbrake cable is slackened right off.
The wheels did spin freely but seem to have got really stiff, I can just about turn them when they are up in the air, and pushing the car is pretty much impossible now.
Any ideas?
Cheers
Martin

realease the

when you rein and wind the pistons back in again

when you refit them, make sure you don't apply the handbrake until you have pumed the pedal to reseat the piston back into it's usual position

when you then add the handbrake the piston "should" automatically readjust back to it's previous position

iof this does not work then do the same thing over again, but bleed the calipers again before attaching the handbrake cable

in 99% of the cases this solves the problem

otherwise you may be looking at the wrong size bore on your master cylinder or the calipers being buggered even though they are new
