Anything that gets used much or isnt 100% original wont make you much cash as collectors want original stuff.

exactly right, i was speaking to a car collector not so long ago, and alot of money is being invested in original cars, its a sound investment! sadly some cars are now out of reach for joe public/enthusiast - rs500's prime example
