I realise that
but whoever buys it may ask if it's a straight fit or if there's anything else needed etc..... ![Wink](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
The part no. would help if I could be arsed to go into the garage to find the box & part no. for mine
Phil would know the what the number is.....
Mine is a 195L/ph pump iirc.

Stu @ M Developments,
Stu,
i don't have one like Spadge has.
think it is a 048 one.
Did order one from the advertiser in the mags and said it would do for 500bhp.
there were two types 350 and 500 one.
A walbro one it is.
Will do me though as not going any more, good job though.
Dave.
Dave,
The pump with the little filter bag is an ITP048 and runs lean around the 370bhp mark. You wont have one of them in yours, you will have one like Spadge is showing

Ive checked the flow on this pump with Bosch and its the same as on that webpage that Bill posted ie 168l/h.
So it beats me why some say its 500bhp pump when in fact it flows similar to Sapphire Cossie standard pump.

dave cos4x4,
thats who i got mine from.

That pump would possibly make 500bhp on a Toyota Supra, but no way will it flow it on a current configuration YB. Expect top end missfires and leaning off to danger levels, please be carefull till its sorted pal

to quote the ad in this months fast ford mag, on page 152ish.
" motorsport ( 350 ) / trackday
(replaces AC Delco)
suitable for :-
FIESTA TURBO, ESCORT
COSWORTH "
alongside that is a jagged ballon with 'upgrade 350 BHP MAX £89.00 + vat '
then........
" Motorsport / trackday ( 500 )
suitable for :-
ESCORT COSWORTH"
also alonside that............ 'MOTORSPORT 500 BHP MAX £95.00 + vat '
now i honestly believe that anybody reading that ad would think, as i did, the first one is good for 350 and the second 500. it's not really a major problem for me as i'm only running 230ish bhp but for someone who is expecting it to cope with up to 350 is gonna have serious issues.
not slagging off glencoe cos all of the dealings i had with them were excellent but surely it's not good to claim the pump will do something they won't ON THE CARS THEY ARE DIRECTLY SUPPLYINg THEM FOR.

Your missing the point here chaps...
The person making thne error here is YOU LOT
For the last time...
The pump will probably flow enough fuel for 500Bhp. But NOT on a YB
Now how theyve chosen to word the advert is not my business, and for teh record, i think its fooking sly and have in fact told them so on behalf of a customer. Their official line is.. "the advert is a mistake"
I can only reitterate one last time....
Ring them and ask what it will flow at 5.5bar. That is what pressure you are asking it to flow the 500bhp of fuel at with 2bar boost. The ITP 048 struggles with 370 at that boost pressure, unless your tuner runs extra fuel pressure in which case it may not even flow 300bhp at 2bar boost..... lol
Its sly advertising folks, and just shows thata little knowledge can be dangerous. Be carefull out there

My mate Big Andy W bought the 350 version and it topped out at 350 as said

I have also bought the Walbro in-tank pump for my Escort Cosworth. If I remember correctly it was GSS341.
Here is some test from the pump.
http://www.stealth316.com/2-fuelpumpguide.htm
It says it will flow
~170L/h @ 5,5bar (~80psi) @ 13,5V
~140L/h @ 5,5bar (~80psi) @ 12,0V
and some magazine? tested that it will flow
~190L/h @ 5,5bar (~80psi) @ 13,5V
