Looking to upgrade the cossie 4x4 from a t4 , whats best ?

also looking to upragde the suspension thinking coilovers ?

to much of a rough ride ? has anyone got a good set on theres
that's comfortable and good?

I've Bilstein coilovers. They feel very similar to a Mk2 Focus RS, so not overly harsh. You can choose from whatever spring/insert combo you want to alter the ride quality.
