are these H7 bulbs with many little led's any good on car headlights or are they not as bright as normal bulbs ?
I see some with 102 leds and some with much less but with different ratings...?
a lot seem to originate in countries like china so are they road legal here?

I bought some with the same idea last year and they wouldn't fit in the bulb holder lol

Easiest thing is to see if they have the 'E' stamp to clarify the legality of them.

I suspect they are illegal thus the above won't be present, as I doubt they can give the same output as a conventional bulb, in addition, remember all the lighting has to confirm to a universal standard in terms of output.
