Hey!

I'm replacing the rear shocks on this Scorpio 1991 car I picked up.

I haven't been out in the dark and crawled under it,but have ordered some shocks just now.

I then saw a set of Koni, complete set.

On the Boge I bought its top eye bottom eye set up.
With the Konis its Top pin bottom eye.

On a 1991/H car,which set up would I have?

If he's ballsed up on the listing,I'll grab the Konis.
I'd much prefer those anyway and wish I'd seen them first

Right,not sure why I didn't think to look on the ZF catalogue but curiously,I didn't!

Anyway,up to 1/92,they're eye top and bottom.2/92> they're eye bottom pin top.

So I've ordered the right ones.

If anyone hasn't noticed and is interested,there's a set of Koni reds for the 2/92> Granniebasher/Scorpio on Ebay.I got the seller down to £225 and reckon he'll take £200.If you take your motor to Torque Developments/TDI then you'll know the seller.
They're used but low mile fully functioning items.

All hatchback and saloons Granada mk3 have eyes at both the bottom and top of the rear shocks, just like the Sierra. The estates probably have the pins at the top.

As said, bolt through top and bottoms

The estate are shorter and had a nut on the top line normal suspension
