Default Avro Vulcan parts listed on eBay!!

Ok it's a plane not a car but I'm sure all us petrolheads appreciate how cool the Vulcan is and that helping towards keeping it in the sky is a good thing.

It seems for fund raising the owners have listed some disused parts from the only Vulcan still flying in the world. I've seen it at shows a few times and it's an awesome sight.

Of everything, the change unit plate has to be the coolest thing but that's bound to go for big money. Also my Mrs would go mental if I tried to put any of this 'junk' on the mantlepiece regardless of it's history!

Avro Vulcan XH558, Control Antenna.
Avro Vulcan XH558, Control Unit.
Avro Vulcan XH558 Maxeret Stone Guard Port
Avro Vulcan XH558, Non Return Valve.
Avro Vulcan XH558 Mounting Tray.
Avro Vulcan XH558 Panel c/w labels.
Avro Vulcan XH558 Front Bulkhead CSDU cover plate.
Avro Vulcan XH558,Framed Olympus Change Unit, Identification Plate.
Avro Vulcan XH558 Retaining Ring (Fuel Pump).
Avro Vulcan, Locking Pin for Air Brake Selector Switch Label.
Avro Vulcan XH558, Hydraulic Reservoir Mounting Cover.
Avro Vulcan XH558, Ground Speed Selector Unit.

Just in case any mods wonder this stuff is nothing to do with me, I just think it's cool as hell that aviation history like this is up for sale for a good cause

Keep your eyes peeled we've got all sorts of bits & bobs we'll be selling off over the next few months to raise funds through the winter to get the old girl in the sky for next year.

It's certainly very memorable to watch her leap into the air.

If your local get yourself booked into a hangar tour & get up close to the old girl. It's another way were trying to earn money through the winter service
