Hi there, I'm new here. For real? anyway there are tons of cool mods to be found around here, you should try to make an aluminum cover for safety.

Just wanted to free up some space up the front to put a big cone filter to the turbo, just seems a bit fiddly trying to route the pipes to go behind the battery?
I would put it in the boot or seat if it was a track car but it is a daily car

Your right in wanting to shift the battery, its in a daft place for airflow to the airfilter.

The only ones ive seen come with the front mount intercooler kits.

we are looking into producing some relocating brackets soon though

Well keep me informed about that, you got a website?

Where else is a good place to put the filter?

yeh, website is at www.8BallTuning.com

behind the n/s/f headlight is about as good as it will get

i have seen people mount it towards the ground in front of the gearbox, but this allows for increased risk of water ingress.
