So have you checked these ? Are you getting a usable signal from both ?
And if it isnt getting a suitable crank/cam for sparks, then it could not be fueling correctly either.
Is there any sort of logging or a scope to check these signals ? Or any error reporting or diagnostics for invalid crank/cam triggers ?

And spark and correct spark are two different things.
Kev does suggest a random spark, or at least irregular. So it would imply a dodgy crank signal of some sort, assuming the actual hardware installation is sound as far as wiring and coils go, as well as setup for these items.

Steve weve tried a different crank and cam sensors just to make sure and theyre using standard brackets/triggers and double checked the wiring and cant find anything obvious also sent the base map back to omex yesterday morning but heard nothing as yet,
Check their output, that's what matters

Kev,
With the laptop connected - click the 'Start' icon, then in your Parameters you should have a box titled "Stat Sync" - this needs to change from OFF to ON during cranking. If it's doing that, then the trigger pattern programmed into the ECU and the trigger wheel references are compatible and your problem is elsewhere.
Did OMEX make you the wiring loom or have you done it yourself? Have you wired the ignition/fuel in cylinder order or firing order?
As Martin said, OMEX600 doesn't use a cam sensor input.
