I managed to save the rear rear quarters, but replaced the front and tailgate seals. It was a while ago now but I think I got them from Kent Trims.

You can get them out with out damage .
But be so careful , use the right tool for the job and find where there clipped on coz ic i remember right there is 10 clips per side and take your time as you will only get one chance to get it right

A fella from auto glass fitted new rubbers to mine as the originals bent when the painter took them out, IMO the new ones look better and wont fade like the originals tend to do, it only cost £30

I still kept the standard ones in the attic as they can go for silly money time to time on eBay

i think you have to remove the window and trim at the same time to avoid bending the trim surround

you can still get the front screen trims with the groove in. also available on a roll so you can cut to length for the tailgate. as for the quarter glass trims, as above best way is from inside cutting glass and trim out together. i personally dont like that universal rubber trim as on the tight corners it tends to lift and/or kink after a while as well as looking crap.
