Burton 4x4 cosworth oil pump

Hi lads in thinking of getting a burton 4x4 hi pressher oil pump as I'v got to do some work on my focos motor . Dose any one no if there any good or has there been any problems with there pumps

I might do that mate its just I'v been offerd a hi pressher burton pump brand new Ł125 and that pump is Ł140 + vat :-(. for a oil pump when I can get a good hi pressher pump for a 2wd Cosworth for Ł30 it's just a rip of these 4x4 pumps I'v been told that you can get the 2wd pump to fit with a bit of modding I might look at that in a bit . I got one earlier in the year and had to send it back as it was not the best it looked cheep and the dowel on the bottom end would not line up to the pump so sent it back had to wait for my money back and did not give me my postage back...... So I got one from Matt Lewis and was spot on and was not much more as well

My engine was built with a second hand oil pump and its been fine for 5k miles so far! There's been a few horror stories about the burton ones so I would steer clean just in case
