Default 4x4 Cosworth hydraulic clutch - talk to me :-)

Got Steve Coopers XR2 cossie here for a few bits and bobs.
We've got the standard pedal box thats been modded for the master cylinder but what are the options for the slave cylinder?
i've seen some people use a centre push hydraulic bearing in the bellhousing and others using a slave cylinder operating the clutch arm.

Any links with parts needed and prices at all please people.
