Default RS Turbo problems

Hello all,

I have a 1898 series 2 RS Turbo, which will not idle? It will start from cold with help from throttle but don't idle on its own, when it gets warm it will not start at all? This first started when I was driving down the road and she just cut out and wouldn't start till cold? Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

Probs best get it to a specialist mate. Could be anything from the fuel mixture or timing to dodgy wiring or knackered ecu

could be an air leak if it will not idle correctly, they are very annoying like that..
have you tried removing the idle valve on the inlet and cleaning it ?

The brake servo is cracked I think that is what's causing it not too idle? Could that be it?

It won't help as its vac assisted and the engines drawing in air from there, try blanking it off and see if it helps, these engines need as much vac pressure as possible hence there not fond of DVs
