Customer service Ive a mongoose system on my 2wd cossie which is perfect other than it has a 4" tail trim.

So a quick phone call to Collins for a 3" tail trim so I can tig weld it on only to be told i'd have to buy a new back box or system

got a mongoose system for my fiesta st a couple of years ago and shite fit rang them and wasn't interested mate. HELPFULL NOT.

 

I had shite dealings with them about 6 or 7 years ago, never used them since, no way to run a business, everything is hassle and too much for them, if they don't want to do what they are doing pack up and do something else

 

Unless you have got a Focus RS or ST they don't want to know wankers

 

There's a few company's like this now the markets moved on. Puma speed aren't arsed about any puma really. They do FRS2's tho.

I would never slag them at all, even thought they do more modern performance cars to keep with trend, they still sorted me out with timing belt change! And there customer service is next to none the best I've dealt with! So will always be willing to deal with them.

i don't think a back box is that unreasonable - they may source them as a complete unit and as such not have a trim physically available to sell separately....

Why would I want to buy a back box when they used to sell just tail trims.

How difficult would it be to ring supplier and have one sent to me? not as if I wanted one for free.
