I Have a 355mm discs with a brembo 8 pots calipers from a wrc front and rear the brembo 4 pots in 330mm , now i have a 18" cromodoras in my sapp , the problem is the 18" for sapp only fit 215/35/18" or 225/35/18" and in this sizes i cant find a good wheel , only a Bridgestone S001, but i want check any semislick or slick for track events, and i need go to 17" to fit in the sapp r888 or similar tyres.

It can be done with certain offsets, but only on 2wd.

Marco has 355mm Ap 6 pots behind 17x8 RL7's on his 3 door.

With a 4x4 you've not got a chance in hell unfortunately.

I have 355mm Discs with AP 6 Pot 7040's behind my old skool compomotive 5 spoke flat face alloys they are 8 x 17 ET33.
My Speedline Corse 8 x 17 will also go over but need a 16mm spacer to bring the offset out to ET17 to get them to clear.

I think you're going to be in trouble then as a 4x4 doesn't have a very favorable offset.

If you get the arches rolled you'll fit a 18x8 with a 225 tyre not a problem. I've had mine done and could fit 18's not a problem (my 17's are 8" wide)

Then your 355m will fit under without a problem

Would LOVE 355/378mm 6/8 pots on mine, but finding mk1 RL7's in 18's are like finding rocking horse shit unfortuntely

i have about 15mm clearance from the spokes to the caliper these are the AP CP 5555 which these calipers can take a minimum 356mm x 36mm disc to a max 380mm x 36mm discs

The AP 6 Pot 7040's (smaller pistons also) take a min of 330mm discs to a max 356mm

my wheels are 8x 17" et 25 allround

that is very old pic ,,,,,,,that Rl7 is an 8 x 17 et 35 i had about 5mm clearance

7040 calipers share the same piston sizes as the 5555 calipers Marco and they're not really suitable for a 330mm disc (they're actually designed for a 362mm disc), 355-380mm is what I use them with.

Juan, an 8x17 Compomotive wheel should take those brakes.

Martin - Is the Brembo 8 pot quite small compared to AP 5200/5555/7040 calipers then?
