Default Sapphire Handling

I really want to go to town on the handling with my Saph Cossie. Its got 390bhp which is fine at the mo but I want more power but not before the handling is as good as it possibly can be. Whats everyones opinions on coilovers? I've heard mixed responses about coilovers and was going to go down that route with a proper corner weight set up.

Six degree Rear beam with solid mounts
Poly rear diff mount
Adjustable TCAs
Decent set of coil overs or konis with Ahmed springs
Compression struts

The rear beam is priority IMHO, everything else you do will just be masking the problem until that's sorted.

Tyres are the biggest handling upgrade you can buy.get some road legal semis and it will surpass any suspension upgrade alone. Federal595 RSR are the best cost vs performance tyre IMO. Do suspension and geometry also and it will be awesome

Strut braces are already on, front and back, but lightenings a no no. I don't want to deviate too far from standard.

in which case look at all that will said. I know it's not directly related to handling but a set of AP's will transform the car.

I wouldnt put konis and Ahmed springs on a car above 300 bhp

Quality coilovers like ohlins
6 degree mk beam with standard for mounts
change the diff as that will help loads with traction

Anyone ever used these or any reviews?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AVO-Ford-S...item35bfeab2b8

It's as I live in sain it costs a fortune to make anything legal on the car, so wanted something that looked close to standard and not yellow or coil overs, (mines a 3 door)
