FORDS ONLY boys no matter who you are even ME
So has FF made it quite clear from the off that none ford cars are not allowed in the show ground ? i cant see that rule anywhere on the fordfair site http://www.fordfair.co.uk/clubs/ I know it is a ford show but there's always a few none fords there even when they banned none fords on track there was a caterham on track and a few other things
• Any road legal Ford is allowed on the track.
• Your vehicle must be in suitable condition for circuit driving and to MOT test standards.
• Cars fitted with slick tyres are not permitted on track.
• Tyres must meet the recommended pressure for high speed driving.
• Do NOT overfill petrol tanks.
• 3 wheel cars are not permitted on the circuit.
• The maximum sound level for your vehicle is 102dB, measured on drive by meters around the circuit or on a static test at 4500rpm half a metre from your exhaust outlet.
• The Silverstone Marshals reserve the right to refuse any car from being driven on the circuit for whatever reason – their decision is final.
• Open top vehicles must be fitted with a roll bar/approved windscreen that acts as a roll bar.

NO Jay only as regards track not club stand so all I can tell you is I was Contacted by Officials and informed NO non fords on club display stands, I'm a gutted the old moaning git wont be there in his house on wheels, as its only at shows only we get to catch up face to face, I did suggest tiger striping it and replacing that shonky bentley badge with a blue oval and calling it Desert-Meldrew
I wonder what Tony has done to FF then because i bet there be a few make of car some where there sunday as well as on track lol

You know me well enough Jay to know I was not happy this and especially as its lord moanalot, as long as I have been going to this show since the 90s you always see the odd non ford lurking on a club stand which is no bother and as long as you did not take the piss by sticking it on front row there was never a issue, but if this is the format now set for 2013s then I'm sure we will all be looking on every club stand to spot any non ford as a example
Dont get me wrong its a ford show BUT like we have both said theres been kit cars on track after they said only fords ect and theres always something different on stands ,So it needs stating when you buy a ticket ect not fucking 2 weeks before a show
You best be still going old man, I need you to have a look at my car and probably moan and take the piss

Appears the event organisers do not want me there on the PF stand with the Bentley
So i have put my foot down rapidly in a foot stomping manner and decided it best to save the fuel and stay at home and have a good moan
I agree with Jay here and think the orginiser need to make an official statement on their strict policy of Fords ONLY albeit seriously late in the day

Would appear from the stance taken that Desert Viper could be a problem on the stands too

Imo its either ford only OR a very small bit of variety and im with the later but its ff's show
may make it worth a extra few quid too
