Default Small dent removal advice

I've got a couple of car park dinks on the top of an arch and on a door, about the size of a thumb print, so not big. Can something like this be removed by a dent specialist? And how much would I be looking at? Can't imagine it would take long to do two small dents?

Cheers

Don't think I'd want to pay £80 per dent, there only small

Where's her hair dryer and that dry ice

I guess I'd have to show someone first and get a quote.

different companys have different charging methods, ones that I know have a minimum charge for a dent say £50 but if more than one dent on one panel the 2nd 3rd may be just £15 etc but that is per panel

What you want is PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) this does as the name suggests.

We used one called 'Ace dent' many years ago, but don't think they are in your area, if you google 'PDR' and your area, that should bring up some good results.

Speak to a few local car dealers and get a recommendation as there's good and bad ones out there

Never mind. You should be paying around £25 a dent or £60 a panel.

I dont know a single dent man that would charge so little. Its not worth their time.
You are quoting the sort of price that might be arranged between "dent companys" and traders.

For example a bmw garage will get this sort of price when they have say.......8 cars that need attention and phone the dent company who will come down and do them all in one go.

Theres no way mr joe public would get this price. The odd dent man who turns up to car meets/shows might offer this sort of price for "cash" but your never going to get a quality job for £25.

Dont get me wrong its a much better, cheaper and faster option than bodyshop. Keeps original panels and paint, but its not that cheap.
Realistically mr joe public would pay £60-£100 per panel for for smallish repairs. Still much cheaper than the £200 plus for a bodyshop to bodge it.

I had 4 dinks repaired some time ago and I think it cost me £40 a dent (all different panels) so £160 for 4 dents. Was pleased with the outcome.

Demon Dents as used by car dealers and ADT car auctions around the midlands. A very sound lad and very honest too.

Yes you pay more for franchised dent guys(dent tec or dent devil) but I know independent guys that charge the public the prices I quoted. With today's current climates I.e:money's tight and people don't give a toss about a little dent in there car,the dent guys are struggling therefore take work where they can get it.

I wouldn't be trusting anyone who charges £25 a dent unless it's a trade price as said.

If they are good they will still charge well, if they are taking cheap jobs on because they are struggling i would take that as an indication to their standard of work.

+1

If it turned out shit they wouldn't get paid for the work. Or you'd take it back if it got worse over time. For the sake of £25 quid it doesn't hurt to try. If the car/panel was full of dints you'd go to a body shop.
