Hi all does anyone no of a company in Berkshire that do this conversion into s2 Rs turbo thanks

 

Any particular reason for a ZVH? These days a full ZT is the more wallet friendly option and is a far better engine too.

You need to spend on the CVH head to get it flowing right for the engine or it goes flat at 5500rpm

 

as i said in the other thread

if staying mfi go zvh but if efi go zetec turbo

nathan at corner garage in wokingham will do it for you.......

im in bracknell and know a local guy you could pay to do it for you, hes a great lad and works on all my cars as if they were his own

and we are both going zetec turbo so you could pop round and i could show you whats needed

 

I forked out on the ZVH, found a Mondeo 2L block, took it to NMS had it bored to 2.1, full cossie management, fuel tank and injectors .. Made 267hp with 325 ft/lb on a t34 .. Bottleneck was the 2.5" exhaust.

Cost me a lot, but damn did the car go.

Things have probably changed since then.
