Escort Cosworth group A rear beam
Does anyone know why the Ford manual for the Group A Escort Cosworth shows a standard rear beam?

Apparently beams like the one below were used for the Sierra and Escort in Group A. But I suppose that at the time the Escort came out it these beams must have been available, so why doesn't the manual show this type?
