i dont think anyone does one off the shelf as they are something thats needed untill around 700 ish horsepower so there wouldnt be much call for them, i would have thought you would need a custom one making

Could anyone recommend anybody to make one, years ago I know tube torque made a 4" one but they have now gone. Thanks

This place made the exhausts for Warrens Kelly's time attack car & Wenny's mk3, both run 4" downpipes.

BTW I don't think you will get a 4" downpipe to clear the prop, it is tight for space the ones above both spit off into 2 X 2 1/4" pipes just before the prop & they only just clear, they run FFD boxes on them as well & these run a slightly thinner prop.
