Just wondering how many of you that come on here regulaly actually do have a passion for Fords? It seems there are less and less Ford owners on here and more and more people dissing the brand on what is supposed to be a enthusiasts site! Maybe it should be re-named PassionForEbay or PassionForWhinging etc etc....

There does seem to be some lacking of fighting the Ford corner. Having said that at least we're not a blinkered bunch of muppets like some sites and marques

Don't get me wrong fella's i'm not one of these 'Fords are the bollox so don't slag them' numpties Far from it as i really only like the Cosworth engine and a Ford just so happens to be what its wrapped in most of the time! Also i have nothing against other car owners on here either as it takes all sorts But i see less and less talk about cars and especially Fords on the general discusion page every day and the thought occured to me that a lot of people on here really don't have a 'Passion Fir Fords' at all.

 

TBH i love cossies and RS's but not ford in general (not that i dislike em or whatever)

 

I love my new ford, i even worry about leaving it in cetain places i never did with the renault

I think its down to time of year aswell spadge, when the show season is well on the go you will be sick of hearing about fords

 

i think owning this bean tin for over 6 years now, shows my passion.. or that Im fookin stupid

I still have the same love of Fords that I did when I was 14
Although it is mainly for the RS marque now since Ford dont seem to produce many respectable cars these days.

I have a Passion-for-fords i've owned one for the last 15yrs,although it is the RS marque i am interested in and owned the most I just love the classicness and the club culture around it all.Tis true though what Spadge says

 

Snap mate. How the fook I ended up with an Audi I don't know Fooking thing ahas gone wrong more often in 6 months than the old 2i did in 4 years and I used to razz the tits off the Fez. All been daft stuff like the water pump failing (Christmas Eve ), and having to have new suspension arms (there's about 8 of the coonts on each side ).

Yeah i do. Ive had 16 cars and only 2 have been non ford. One of those i wrote of after 6 hours....bad sign lol. I am going bmw very soon, but i still love fords, and when the beemers how i want it, id like a mk1 mex or rs2k to play about with.

 

always been into RS's since i was @ school but all my mates rip me and say go jap but i'am happy with what i got even tho its a money pit

Although, for some reason, I can't imagine getting rid of the cossies any time soon, but I have a hankering for another TVR, a high power westfield or caterham, etc...

 

I'm not a brand person, I prefer to treat each model individually and base my opinions on that, rather than just generalising!

all i have ever driven is a ford i love the rs to bits

 

ive no vested interest in the fact that its a ford ( other than reasonably cheap bits - large marketed brand ) , but the only thing that made for for me was teh relationship with cosworth , without it i can pretty much say i would have a ford at all

 

Im a ford nut, specially escorts, im only 23 and have had 8 already, never had any other car!!
