Aparently the wbo have stopped the fight cos Joe has already got that mandatory challange with Mario Veit in may.

Under the rules the germans team could off and apparety had said it was ok for it to go ahead and then move the Mario Veit fight to june time, but i think the german tv company have said that hey have the slot booked for may and will pull out if it doesnt go ahead, so the Mario team protested and the fight was stopped...

Gutted.

You a lucky man going to see the dark destroyer, was watching his greatest carrer highs the other day...He was a fooking animal when in the ring....But yea you right he has gone all strange, distances him self fromboxing as much as possible, lives in the middle of nowhere dont he??

Yes saw it on the BBC... tough call. Calazghe is an awesome fighter BUT he is going to go past his peak without a career defining fight against another GREAT fighter in his prime

His best fight was against Robin Reid in my opinion, but I actually thought Reid won that fight!

Porkie, i agree thats why this Mcgee fight was gona be one to watch....Calzaghe is brilliant and like you said he is slowly passing his pime dure to his wife and him splitting up and his injuries.

i think Hatton has managed to get the fight to either make him or break him with Tyzstu(spl) and Calzaghe really needs something to test him on the same level.

And i do agree on the robin reid fight, another one who seemed to just miss out on the big time by letting things slip a little....although he managed to make a mess of Brian mcgee, i think it is his consistency....Very good tho

Well here is the story, My m8s all used to go every time he had a fight on at the MEN as it is a ten min taxi ride, but as prices have started to increase they dont wana go any more....

im willing to pay the few hundred for a ticket asking price as i think it will be one of the best fights of the year, but they arnt up for it......

Gutted but never mind.....

M8 they have all sold out from the proper outlets....

Ebay has tonnes on tho, all priced round the £200 each. and that is for the floor, ringside....Other than that im not too sure where else to look...
