this show is getting better and better each year, to see club parking opened up in rear field was a shock as there was so many there, grandstand was packed as was the banked spectators viewing point as well as the whole 1/4 mile and show itself, estimated 18,000 enjoyed the fantastic hot and sunny day
was good day , glad jamie got my car running and my mate tommy did a best of 12.6 @122 on 23psi and fair play had the balls to keep is foot in with a a few big wobbles , more to cum when sort a few issues and give it sum boost
What was the white s2 that done 11.8 running under the bonnet? Couldnt find it as there were so many cars and people there.
That was chris in his 4x4 450bhp yb powered s2 he managed a 11.6@127mph on first run. I done a 12.9@ 114 in my 2wd saff which wasn't too bad considering my 2.25 60ft time lol
as qplate says above great show and look like ive had me face in a toaster and last night was great camping with ajc and matty falling of the pit bike classic hopefully will pedley will post video up as seen him filming it

Cracking escort mate
I did see the jamsport RS roll up when I was watching paul swift thrash about in the new ST. and wondered if they were gonna put it down the strip , didnt realise they were they to help you out
Sure was busy - at one point the stands and grass banking were so packed me and my mates couldn't find anywhere to sit! Not seen that at Pod for a long time.
Strip action was also bit quiet on previous years but loved the buzz in the stands from seeing all the tuning company rivalry! Harris cars all looked so strong on the strip.
I doubt attendance was 18,000 though - where did you hear that?
Does anyone know any info on how badly damaged the escos was that got hit by a falling trade stand?? Took a nasty knock and i could see the wing mirror off and a few dents?? Was a black one, think the reg had 88 cos?? Or something similar.
